Rachael L. Ellison, PhD

Dr. Ellison is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with specialized training in traumatic brain injury, dementia, intersecting identities, systemic injustice, and trauma currently practicing at Michigan Avenue Neuropsychologists.

 

Education & Specialized Training

Dr. Ellison received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical/Community Psychology from DePaul University’s APA accredited program, with specialized clinical training in neuropsychology.

Dr. Ellison holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Northwestern University in Human Development and Psychological Services, and Psychology. 

Dr. Ellison completed her clinical psychology internship through the APA accredited UCSD/VA San Diego Healthcare System, with specialized rotations in neuropsychology, traumatic brain injury (TBI), cognitive rehabilitation, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She completed her two-year APA specialty accredited post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology through Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital.
